Behavioral health real estate · Since 1980
Ground‑up buildings for behavioral health.
Sacred Grove develops, entitles, and delivers the facilities that treatment providers operate in — from site selection through certificate of occupancy.
Portfolio
Project register
Eight assets of the operating portfolio, listed by holding entity. Hover a row for the short version. Assets are held in single-purpose entities and leased to independent treatment operators.
Approach
How a site becomes a facility
Three phases, in order. We stay on the project through all of them — and usually stay on as owner afterward.
Site & feasibility
We look for parcels that clear the hard constraints first: zoning that permits the use, a community that will support it, and access for the patients who need to get there.
Entitlement & design
Permitting, variances, and public hearings, alongside a design built around licensure requirements — sightlines, ligature resistance, and unit counts that match the operator's model.
Delivery & handoff
Construction through certificate of occupancy, timed to the operator's licensing and staffing schedule so the doors open when the beds are actually needed.
